For players aged 13 and above
This game is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and above. Please do not use it if you are under 13. It is not offered through Amazon Kids.
Solo version 1
Greatest 9 and Daily 9 are solo games. Online matches, messages, clubs and shared challenges are paused until version 2. This version does not ask for an age declaration or create an online match identity.
What the game stores
Your device stores saved rounds, best scores, preferences and a random game identifier. Optional gameplay analytics are disabled. The game does not send new gameplay events or solo scores to the game database. New solo scores and World Icons bests are saved on your device; online score submission is paused.
Earlier online records
Pausing online play does not erase records from earlier versions. The public leaderboard is unavailable in solo version 1. Earlier submitted scores and generated player names remain in the active database until deleted. Earlier profiles, shots, challenges, clubs, multiplayer results and preset messages remain in the active database until deleted. Older custom names and typed messages are hidden from player views, but their original records are not automatically erased.
The game runs on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare Workers and a D1 database. These services process requests and store game records to provide the game. Support email uses Microsoft 365. OpenAI processes hosted personal data on our behalf under its ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum. For UK personal data, that addendum incorporates standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum for international transfers. Infrastructure logs and backup copies are managed by the providers; exact log and backup periods for this deployment remain unverified.
Why it is used
Local saves provide solo progress. Existing identifiers let you request deletion of earlier linked records. Hosting requests provide the game, and security processing protects the service. We rely on our legitimate interests in providing and protecting the game for these purposes. We do not sell player data or use the game records for advertising.
How long it stays
Local saves remain until you clear them. Scores, profiles, clubs and match history remain in the game database until deleted. Challenge access expires after seven days, but expiry does not erase its stored records. We have not yet implemented an automatic retention schedule for all game records.
The deletion button removes linked records from the active game database immediately when successful. Provider backups and logs are not erased by this button. Contact us if you need help with these copies or data in support email. We do not promise a backup deletion period that has not been verified.
Your choices
Delete my game data removes the current device’s game records and current multiplayer identity. Clearing app storage alone does not remove server records. Other devices have separate identities.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal information, or object to its use. Contact us using the address above. We aim to respond within one calendar month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Sharing and support
Sharing sends the solo result you select to another app. Image export is unavailable in this version. The game does not request camera, microphone or location access. Sending feedback uses your email app and includes the information you choose to send.
Age and audience
Online play is unavailable in version 1. Any earlier declaration cookie is no longer accepted for access. Solo play does not collect a date of birth or identity document. This notice does not claim that the app is approved for Amazon Kids. The intended audience is players aged 13 and above. This is an intended audience statement, not an Amazon content rating. Solo play does not check or verify your age.
